Employer`s responsibility for the harm done to the lives and health of employees

We offer to add the program on insurance of responsibility for the harm done to the lives and health of employees to the social security program.

The insurance policy is valid in the following cases:

  • acute occupational disease;
  • accident associated with performance by the employee of his/her job duties.

The insurance contract maybe concluded for the period ranging from 3 months up to 1 year.

In case of an insurance event, we will compensate the injured employees for the harm in the amount specified in the collective agreement of the employer in excess of the amount provided for by the legislation.
