The law sets responsibility limits for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners for damage caused as a result of a road traffic accident to:

• the life or health of the victim – EUR 10 000;
• the property of the victim – EUR 10 000.

Terms and conditions as well as the value of the policy on compulsory insurance are the same in all insurance companies and depend on the type and technical characteristics of the vehicle, place of residence, age and driving experience of the owner of the vehicle, accident risk from using the vehicle and on insurance periods.

Insurance application is executed directly in the process of conclusion of the insurance contract.
